This is our 3rd Year of this great concept in Business Development, combining Networking with Walking – Networking on the move!
- no set agenda
- no magic minute/elevator pitches
- no fry-ups or caffeine
- no name badges
- no room full of suits
- no ticking clock or red card
Networking in the great outdoors.
Talking with like-minded, energising businesspeople in an informal, fun – and healthy – context.
A netwalk with us is a superb opportunity to connect, be inspired and build relationships.
When are the Netwalks?
- We walk once a month on a Wednesday Evening (In the Summer), starting at 6.00 pm.
- Our walks last approximately 1 hour.
- We start from a local Public House and return there for refreshments after.

Some reasons you may want to try netwalking
We know that people buy from people that they know and trust.
Business is about building relationships.
So what better way to get to know someone than in a neutral, non threatening and pleasant environment when everyone can relax and be themselves?
We know that physical exercise is good for cardiovascular health, muscle tone, flexibility… etc..
But walking has recently been shown to significantly boost brain health…from improving memory to learning ability to concentration to cutting your risk of stroke in half.
So physical exercise in the form of walking is perhaps the easiest way to help your brain – and your physical health at the same time.
You’ve all got something in common to talk about straight away.
The walking is conducted at a relaxed pace to allow plenty of interaction.
And decisions about what to wear are just based on the weather forecast.
It’s a good use of time
How often do we hear that the number one reason for us business people not exercising is lack of time!
Netwalking is the ideal opportunity to work and play at the same time.
It is work – but not as we know it…….
It’s de-stressing and inspirational
Walking has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem and boost self-confidence.
It clears the mind, encourages reflection and assists in the generation of new ideas.
